The county clerk must furnish the ballots to be used in such election, which ballots must contain the following words: "Sale of liquor by the drink, Yes," "Sale of liquor by the drink, No," and the elector in order to vote must indicate the elector's choice opposite one (1) of the questions in a space provided therefor.
