The department may require submission of the complete formula of any soil amendment or plant amendment and the source(s) of all ingredients if it is deemed necessary for the registration of any soil amendment or plant amendment product or administration of this chapter. Any formula so submitted is exempt from disclosure to the public pursuant to section 9-340D (1) or (2), Idaho Code.
