§515-18 Conciliation agreements. (a) Section 368-4 to the contrary notwithstanding, any conciliation agreement which results after a finding of cause shall be subject to the approval of the commission and shall be made public unless the complainant and respondent otherwise agree and the commission determines that disclosure is not required to further the purposes of this chapter. (b) It is a discriminatory practice for a party to a conciliation agreement made under this chapter to violate the terms of the agreement. [L 1967, c 193, §18; HRS §515-18; am L 1992, c 171, §11]
