Expiration of developer's public reports

[§514B-59] Expiration of developer's public reports. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, upon issuance of an effective date for a developer's public report or any amendment, the developer's public report and amendment or amendments shall not expire until such time as the developer has sold all units in the project.
