[§486-37] Rules; severability and continuation. (a) If any provision of the rules adopted under this chapter is declared invalid, or the applicability thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of the rules and the applicability thereof to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby. (b) Except as specifically excepted, all rules currently in effect, as they relate to this chapter, shall remain in effect until they are updated, amended, or repealed. [L 1991, c 153, §3]
