§465-2 License required. [Section effective until June 30, 2026. For section effective July 1, 2026, see below.] Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, it shall be unlawful to represent one's self as a psychologist or engage in the practice of psychology without having first obtained a license as provided in this chapter.
