State and county co-sponsorship of programs

§46-8 State and county co-sponsorship of programs. The governor may enter into agreements with the council of any county providing for the co-sponsorship and joint development and maintenance of programs and projects, within and for the county, which have been authorized by the legislature or for which moneys have been appropriated by the legislature.
