[§453D-10] Licensure; fees. [Section effective until June 30, 2026. For section effective July 1, 2026, see below.] A license shall be issued to a person deemed to be qualified under section 453D-7 upon the payment of a license fee to be determined by the department and shall be valid for three years. §453D -10 Licensure; fees. [Section effective July 1, 2026. For section effective until June 30, 2026, see above.] A license shall be issued to a person deemed to be qualified under sections 453D-7.5 or 453D-7 upon the payment of a license fee to be determined by the department and shall be valid for three years; provided that provisional licenses shall be valid for one year.
