§445-38 Auctioneer's agent. Any auctioneer may appoint any agent or assistant to act for the auctioneer in the conduct of the auctioneer's auction business, for all of the acts of whom the auctioneer shall be responsible in the same manner as though they were done personally by the auctioneer.
