§445-172 Prohibitions; penalty. Every person who engages in the business of buying or selling secondhand articles, or who deals therein, unless licensed therefor according to law, or after notice that the person's license has been revoked, or who, being licensed, neglects to keep the book and make the entries therein prescribed in section 445-171, or who refuses to allow the inspections in the section prescribed, or who purchases or receives by way of exchange any article from any minor, knowing or having reason to believe that the person is a minor, shall be fined not more than $100.
