§436B-11 Additional licensure requirements. In addition to any other requirements provided by law, the licensing authority may also require by rule that the applicant provide the following: (1) In the case of a partnership applicant, each general partner shall attest that each partner is beyond the age of majority; (2) Proof that the applicant is competent, trustworthy, fair, and has financial integrity; and (3) Proof that the applicant has satisfied all applicable business registration requirements prior to applying for licensure.
