PART V. INVESTMENT OF FOREIGN AND ALIEN INSURERS §431:6-501 Investments of foreign, alien insurers. The investments of a foreign or alien insurer shall be as permitted by the laws of its domicile, but shall be of a quality substantially as high as those required by this article for similar funds of like domestic insurers.
