[§431:3G-109] Severability. If any provision of this article other than section 431:3G-106, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the determination of invalidity shall not affect those provisions or applications of this article that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application; to that end, the provisions of this article, except for section 431:3G-106, are severable.
