[§431:10C-605] Duty to notify commissioner. A self-insurer shall notify the commissioner in writing of any change in status of any motor vehicle which is self-insured, such as a transfer, sale, removal from the State, or any additional motor vehicle which the self-insurer desires to self-insure within ten working days after the change is effected.
