Right of collective bargaining protected

§387-13 Right of collective bargaining protected. Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to interfere with, impede, or in any way diminish the right of employees to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing in order to establish wages in excess of the applicable minimum under this chapter, or to establish hours of work shorter than the applicable maximum under this chapter.
