Law as exercise of police power

§381-14 Law as exercise of police power. This chapter shall be deemed an exercise of the police power of the State for the protection of the public welfare, safety, prosperity, health, and peace of the people; and all of the provisions of the chapter shall be liberally construed for the accomplishment of such purposes.
