Financial reports to employees

§377-10 Financial reports to employees. Every person acting as the representative of employees for collective bargaining shall keep an adequate record of the person's financial transactions and shall present annually, to such employees as may be members of the association with which the representative is connected, within sixty days after the end of the person's fiscal year a detailed written financial report thereof in the form of a balance sheet and an operating statement. In the event of failure of compliance with this section, any such employee may petition the board for an order compelling such compliance. An order of the board on such petition shall be enforceable in the same manner as other orders of the board under this chapter.
