§349-7 Recognition as responsible state agency. The executive office on aging shall be the single state agency responsible for programs affecting senior citizens of this State; provided that those programs affecting senior citizens now operated by other departments or agencies shall not be transferred to the executive office on aging except by executive order of the governor.
