§342P-42 Recordkeeping and monitoring requirements. The director may require the owner or operator of any asbestos or lead abatement activity to: (1) Establish and maintain such records; (2) Make such reports; (3) Install, use, and maintain such monitoring equipment or methods; (4) Monitor hazards; (5) Sample such emissions; and (6) Provide such other information; as the department may require.
