[PART VI. ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES] §342G-71 Penalties. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any rule adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not more than $10,000 for each separate offense. Each day of each violation shall constitute a separate offense. Any action taken to impose or collect the penalty provided for in this section shall be made through administrative, civil, or criminal actions. [L 1993, c 312, pt of §3; am L 2002, c 176, §7]
