PART III. INTEGRATED SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLANNING [§342G-21] Establishment of county integrated solid waste management plans. By January 1, 1993, each county shall submit to the office an integrated solid waste management plan that has been formally adopted by the county and that is consistent with the requirements of this chapter.
