PART III. SUBAREA HEALTH PLANNING COUNCILS §323D-21 Subarea health planning councils, established. There are established, subarea health planning councils for geographical areas which shall be designated by the state agency in consultation with the statewide council. Each county shall have at least one subarea health planning council. The subarea health planning councils shall be placed within the state agency for administrative purposes.
