[§302A-1117] Records, evidence. The department shall cause all its proceedings, doings, and acts to be recorded, and these records, from time to time, shall be filed in the archives of the department. A certified copy of a record or any portion thereof, when signed by the superintendent under the seal of the department, shall be competent evidence of all it contains in any court.
