[ §291L-7] Failure to comply with a summons or citation. If the registered owner of the motor vehicle fails to respond to a summons or citation within thirty days from the date of the mailing of the summons or citation, the district court shall issue a notice of entry of judgment of default to the registered owner of the motor vehicle pursuant to section 291D-7(e).
