§28-12 Seal of department. The attorney general shall procure a proper seal of the department of the attorney general with such suitable inscriptions and devices as the attorney general may approve, to be known as the official seal of the attorney general of the State. The seal shall remain in the attorney general's custody to be kept and used by the attorney general to verify official documents under such rules and regulations as the attorney general may prescribe.
