Services to the judiciary and legislature

[§26-25] Services to the judiciary and legislature. Any executive department may provide services to the judiciary and the legislature, but nothing in this part and this chapter shall be construed as granting any authority to the governor or any department to exercise control over the organization, programs, functions, operations, and expenditures of the judiciary and the legislature.
