§248-7 Tax payments, how made; caveat. All payments to be made by the state director of finance shall be made upon warrants issued by the state comptroller. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as in any way amending or repealing any law authorizing the withholding, by the state director of finance or the state comptroller, of moneys in the state treasury belonging or due to any county for the payment of principal or interest for state bonds, or any other charges.
