§205A-45 Shoreline setback lines established by county. (a) The several counties through rules adopted pursuant to chapter 91 or ordinance may require that shoreline setback lines be established at distances greater than that established in this part. (b) The several counties through rules adopted pursuant to chapter 91 or ordinance may expand the shoreline area to include the area between mean sea level and the shoreline.
