§201B-16 Annual report. The authority shall submit a complete and detailed report of its activities, expenditures, and results, including the progress of the strategic tourism management plan developed pursuant to section 201B-6, toward achieving the authority's strategic plan goals, to the governor and legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of each regular session of the legislature. The annual report shall include the descriptions and evaluations of programs funded, together with any recommendations by the authority.
