§201-6 Interested members or employees. No member or employee of the department of business, economic development, and tourism shall have any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in any contract entered into by the department. If any such person has an interest, the person shall immediately disclose the same in writing to the department which shall enter the disclosure upon its minutes. Failure to so disclose such interest shall constitute misconduct in office.
