[ §134-72] Lack of liability for failure to seek order. This part shall not be construed to impose criminal or civil liability on any person who chooses not to seek an ex parte gun violence protective order or a one-year gun violence protective order pursuant to this part. [L 2019, c 150, pt of §2]
