[§132D-26] Disposal of confiscated fireworks or articles pyrotechnic. Any law enforcement agency or county fire department that confiscates prohibited fireworks or articles pyrotechnic pursuant to this chapter may safely destroy or dispose of the confiscated fireworks or articles pyrotechnic; provided that the law enforcement agency or county fire department shall retain a sample or specimen of each type of confiscated firework or article pyrotechnic for evidentiary purposes.
