Hawaii Code § 124B-180

Endangerment offenses. (a) Any person subject to this chapter who engages in conduct that:

[§124B-180] Endangerment offenses. (a) Any person subject to this chapter who engages in conduct that:
(1) Is wrongful and reckless or is wanton; and
(2) Is likely to produce death or grievous bodily harm to another person,
shall be punished as directed by a court-martial.
(b) Any person subject to this chapter who:
(1) Fights or promotes a fight, or is concerned in or connives a fight; or
(2) Having knowledge of a challenge to fight sent or about to be sent, fails to report the facts promptly to the proper authority,
shall be punished as directed by a court-martial.
(c) Any person subject to this chapter who, wilfully and wrongly, discharges a firearm under circumstances as to endanger human life shall be punished as directed by a court-martial.
(d) Any person subject to this chapter who unlawfully carries a dangerous weapon concealed on or about their person shall be punished as directed by a court-martial. [L 2022, c 286, pt of §2]
