Contempt toward officials

[§124B-144] Contempt toward officials. Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President or Vice President of the United States, the United States Congress, the United States Secretary of Defense, the secretary of a military department, the United States Secretary of Homeland Security, or the governor or legislature of the State shall be punished as directed by a court-martial.
