[§124B-140] Absence without leave. Any member of the state military forces who, without authority: (1) Fails to go to the member's appointed place of duty at the time prescribed; (2) Goes from that place; or (3) Absents the member's self or remains absent from the member's unit, organization, or place of duty at which the member is required to be at the time prescribed, shall be punished as directed by a court-martial.
