[§124B-106] Waiver of right to appeal; withdrawal of appeal. (a) After entry of judgment in a general or special court-martial, in accordance with rules adopted by the governor or adjutant general, the accused may waive the right to appeal. A waiver shall be: (1) Signed by the accused and by defense counsel; and (2) Attached to the record of trial. (b) In a general or special court-martial, the accused may voluntarily request dismissal of an appeal at any time in accordance with the Hawaii rules of appellate procedure. (c) A waiver or voluntary dismissal under this section bars review under section 124B-111. [L 2022, c 286, pt of §2]
