Appraisers of property, number

§107-9 Appraisers of property, number. Whenever the laws of the State require the appraisal of property prior to sale or purchase, the number of appraisers shall be one or more but not more than three disinterested persons, the number to be determined in the discretion of the government agency or officer required to have the appraisal made.
