As used in this chapter, the term: (1) "Authority" means the Georgia Aviation Authority. (2) "State aircraft" means any aircraft, including equipment, owned, leased, rented, chartered, or otherwise obtained by the authority. Added by 2009 Ga. Laws 240,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2009.
