Authority of law enforcement officers

Any law enforcement officers of the public entity shall have the same powers and jurisdiction within the portion of such qualifying project as they have in their respective areas of jurisdiction, and such law enforcement officers shall have access to the qualifying project at any time for the purpose of exercising such powers and jurisdiction. Added by 2015 Ga. Laws 72,§ 3, eff. 5/5/2015.
