(a) The authority shall be assigned for administrative purposes to the Department of Administrative Services, as provided for in Code Section 50-4-3 . (b) The Attorney General shall provide legal services for the authority, in the same manner provided for in Code Sections 45-15-13 through 45-15-16 .
