Persons to whom agencies may offer services

Within the limitations of the funds available to such agencies, all agencies are authorized to offer family-planning services to any person who is in any one or more of the following classifications: (1) Married; (2) The parent of at least one child; (3) Pregnant; or (4) Requesting such services.
