Annual reporting

The Commissioner of Insurance shall submit an annual report summarizing the use of the benefits provided for in this chapter to the chairpersons of the House Committee on Insurance and the Senate Insurance and Labor Committee no later than July 1, 2025, and annually thereafter. The Commissioner of Insurance shall not be required to distribute copies of the annual report to the members of the General Assembly but shall notify the members of the availability of the annual report in the manner which he or she deems to be most effective and efficient.
