Any person whose license has been revoked or suspended by the board may appeal to the superior court of the county of domicile of the board for a trial de novo by filing with the clerk a certified copy of the charge heard by the board and his petition requesting a trial. Upon demand by the applicant, the board shall make certified copies of any charges.
