Procedure for filing charges against holder of certificate, certificate of registration, or license

(a) Any person may refer charges of fraud, deceit, gross negligence, incompetency, or unprofessional conduct against any individual holding a certificate, certificate of registration, or license. Such charges shall be in writing, shall be sworn to by the person making them, and shall be filed with the board. (b) All such charges, unless dismissed by the board as unfounded or trivial, shall be acted upon by the board. Amended by 2022 Ga. Laws 835,§ 10, eff. 5/9/2022. Amended by 2018 Ga.
