All peace officers shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall not thereby be guilty of a criminal act but shall be subject to a civil penalty of not less than $25.00. Amended by 2010 Ga. Laws 365,§ 1-3, eff. 7/1/2010.
