Financial responsibility for any child placed pursuant to the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article V thereof in the first instance. However, in the event of partial or complete default of performance thereunder, Articles 1 and 2 of Chapter 11 of Title 19, relating to enforcement of support obligations and other applicable provisions of law may also be invoked. Repealed by 2024 Ga. Laws 425,§ 2, eff. upon enactment of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children into law by the thirty-fifth state.
