Administration of deposits of plans

Any deposits of a sponsor of a prepaid legal services plan deposited with the Commissioner pursuant to this chapter shall be administered by the Commissioner in accordance with Chapter 12 of this title as though deposited by a domestic casualty, life, or accident and sickness insurer authorized to transact insurance in this state. Amended by 2019 Ga. Laws 140,§ 124, eff. 7/1/2019.
