Issuance or delivery of policy in violation of title

Any insurer, or any officer or agent thereof, issuing or delivering to any person in this state any policy in violation of any provision of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, except as otherwise provided. Amended by 2019 Ga. Laws 139,§ 1-3, eff. 7/1/2019.
