Reporting of gang activity

Each hospital which employs hospital peace officers shall report to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and to the local law enforcement agency incidents of criminal gang activity, as defined by Code Section 16-15-3 , which occur on the campus of such hospital and of which such hospital becomes aware. Added by 2023 Ga. Laws 224,§ 5, eff. 5/2/2023.
