Service of copy of petition and order; penalty for failure to comply

A copy of the petition and order shall be served on the person named in the petition. Any failure of such person to comply with the order or with the notice by the persons appointed therein to make examination shall be enforceable by attachment for contempt. Amended by 2005 Ga.
